Support
Write to support@callatracker.app and a person will answer, usually within two working days. There is no ticket system and no bot.
Reporting a bug? Settings → About → Send feedback prefills your app version, device and installation id. That footer is all we need, and it contains nothing about what you logged.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no email address to hand over. Calla works the moment you open it, and your entries never leave the phone unless you choose to back them up or export them.
How do I get my data out?
Settings → Your data. You can export everything as JSON or CSV, or generate the PDF report for an appointment. Export is never behind the paywall, and it keeps working after a trial or subscription ends – your entries are yours either way.
I do not have periods any more. Does the app still work?
Yes, fully. Whether you have stopped bleeding after a hysterectomy, have an IUD, take contraception or are years past your last period, nothing in Calla asks you to log one to continue. Cycle tracking is one optional part of the app, not the spine of it.
Do I have to connect Apple Health?
No. Apple Health is optional in both directions. If you turn it on, Calla can write the symptoms you log so other apps can see them, and read your cycle and sleep so you do not enter them twice. You choose each data type in Apple's own dialogue, and you can revoke it at any time in the Health app.
I am getting a new iPhone. How do I move my data?
Turn on iCloud backup in Settings before you switch, then on the new phone tap "Restore from iCloud" on the very first screen. The backup lives in your own iCloud Drive, so it moves with your Apple account and not through us. Data you imported from Apple Health is not copied into the backup – it comes back from Apple Health itself.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my entries?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Everything you logged stays on the phone after cancelling, and you can still export it or generate a report.
I paid but Calla says I have not.
Settings → Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID you bought it on. If it still does not appear, send us the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
Does Calla tell me what is wrong with me, or what to take?
No. It shows observations drawn from your own entries, always with the number of days behind them, so you can see how much a pattern is worth. It does not diagnose, and it will never suggest a dose or a change of treatment. Those are conversations for your clinician, and the report exists to make them shorter.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Your data → Delete all data removes your entries from the device. Deleting the app removes them as well. If you also want the anonymous analytics deleted, send us the installation id from Settings → About and we will remove those rows; it is the only handle we have, since nothing there is linked to your name.
Something is wrong and you need a person
support@callatracker.app. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. If the app crashed, the version and device from Settings → About help a lot.
